Subject: Multi-user install of Notes Clients (All) created with ISTuner will not uninstall

IBM Lotus Notes Client-Admin-Designer 8.5.2 installed for Multi-user using Install Shield Tuner (transform file). Installs correctly, but cannot be uninstalled.
Installed on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Have tried the command below, results in error message "You are attempting to upgrade a Multi-User installation. Please obtain the correct installation package to complete the upgrade".
(I am using the same installation package/files for uninstall as I did for the install.)

setup /s /v"REMOVEFEATURES=ALL /qb+"

Launching setup.exe gives the same error.
Any suggestions?
